One to one therapy offered in a range of formats to suit your needs and preference.
Face to face - delivered in a peaceful, safe and relaxing environment. Some people feel they achieve a better therapeutic relationship with their therapist when face to face.
Telephone or Zoom – Some clients prefer to stay in the comfort of their own homes and may feel less daunted by the process of counselling. This method can also offer convenience and flexibility in already busy lives. Can also be used after a number of initial face to face sessions when the client feels a good relationship has been established between them and the therapist.
Walk and Talk – Delivered in a beautiful peaceful environment, clients can receive their session while walking with their therapist. This can help individuals who struggle with eye contact or confidence in a one to one setting and may encourage a more meaningful expression of communication. This method also offers the added therapeutic benefits of being in nature which supports mental and emotional healing and wellbeing.
Frequency - usually weekly but can be reduced to suit individual needs. Length of sessions is typically between 45 and 55 minutes and may vary from week to week. Number of sessions will also vary and is usually determined by the client and as long as the therapist feels there is still therapeutic benefit.
Price - £50 per person per session. Details of payment can be discussed prior to booking.
Cancellation – Free cancellation up to 24 hours before session. Anything less than 24 hours will be charged at full price.
